This entity, which has been ensuring <strong>water supply<\/strong>, <strong>waste water collection<\/strong> <strong>and treatment<\/strong>, and <strong>drainage of rainwater<\/strong> of the council of Almada, for more than <strong>six decades<\/strong> now, works to guarantee the <strong>satisfaction of costumers&#8217; needs<\/strong>, the <strong>sustainability of both the organization<\/strong> and <strong>the environment <\/strong>and, as so, it invests in the usage of solutions capable to automate and simplify work processes and procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That is why they are an <strong>example<\/strong> on the usage of the <strong>Document and Process Management System<\/strong> of <strong>IPBRICK<\/strong>, whose management is entirely ensured by SMAS of Almada and that, at the moment, has already implemented over <strong>300 .pdf templates<\/strong> for several <strong>processes<\/strong>. Between the several used processes, in SMAS of Almada stand out: <strong>Received Letters\/Expedient<\/strong>; <strong>Sent Circular Letters<\/strong>; <strong>Inspection Invoicing<\/strong>; <strong>Approval of Operational Scales<\/strong>; <strong>Request for Sampling Collection\/Samplings<\/strong>; <strong>Services Communications<\/strong> and they also use the <strong>Meetings Module<\/strong> to manage the meetings of the Board of Administration.
