With thousands of documents circulating in their offices on a daily basis, JAP decided to use iPortalDoc to handle their commercial and financial processes as well as their general office, to ensure deadlines for execution and the dematerialization of all paper.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The statistics module <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">allows it to obtain detailed reports and, by its turn, to keep a higher monitoring on document and process handling. iPortalDoc also integrates with the OCR solution used by the group, Kofax, which automatically extracts the relevant information from the document and classifies it.
